I was finally awakened today. My piano practical exam is just a short 3 months (12 weeks = 12 lessons) away. It's scary how time flies!!! Gotta be more time-conscious.

Exam break-down:
3 pieces (85% prepared)
Scales (50%)
Aural (0%)
Sight-reading (0%)

We don't have forever to accomplish what we want to.

Prioritize!
Discipline!

Heard over Class 95 while jogging tonight...

It reminded me of the word "Honeymoon".

Let us analyse it. (^;^)v

I'm normally optimistic, but this word seems to have a lot of hidden meaning behind it. It sounds almost ominous. Like a wolf in sheep's clothing, a snake in the grass. (3 animals in 1 sentence!!!)

Do you think it implies a harbinger to hardships? A free-fall from heaven to earth/hell?

Let us break down the word. (^;^)v

Honey, from what I've been taught/observed, burns easily under high temperature and leaves behind a black sticky carcinogenic substance. Ever barbequed chicken wings with marinated honey?! They may look deceivingly yummy but once you peel/poke/pry open the thin layer of skin, what you see may utterly turn you off.

Moon, in my own opinion, signifies night time -> darkness. See, in the dark it's hard to see clearly. (Sounds weird =P) It's hard to see a person's true colours.

So all in all, "honeymoon" is a dangerous word. (Lol... From a different point of view.) When the sun rises, when the truth is exposed... When you're back to earth, back to reality...

Can you still handle it???
